Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Orlando’s vibrant culinary scene, Mi Pan Boricua Cafe is a delightful Puerto Rican and Cuban restaurant that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere paired with authentic, mouthwatering flavors. Located at 4063 S Goldenrod Rd, this cozy spot is a true gem for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Caribbean comfort food.

The menu at Mi Pan Boricua Cafe is a celebration of rich, island-inspired ingredients, blending Cuban and Puerto Rican traditions seamlessly. Their sandwiches shine brightly, with options like the Cubano Pernil—a savory mix of roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard mayo, and butter nestled in fresh Cuban or sweet bread for only $6.95. For those craving a layered experience, the Tripleta is a hearty favorite, stacked with pernil, bistec, ham, and Swiss cheese, crowned with mayo and butter, creating an irresistible symphony of flavors for $7.50.

Sides and breakfast sandwiches add an extra layer of indulgence, from the buttery Tostada to the breakfast favorites featuring eggs combined with ham, bacon, or cheese, all served on your choice of Cuban or sweet bread. There’s a nostalgic comfort in every bite, balancing traditional taste with a modern love for fresh, bold flavors.

Customer testimonials highlight the cafe’s authentic food and welcoming service. Astrid Rodriguez raves about their empanadas and alcapurrias, calling them the "best," while Edgar Martinez praises the attentive staff and excellent food, noting the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the hardworking team. Frequent visitors like Betty Latorre appreciate the excellent coffee and warm bread, making this a perfect spot for a comforting, reasonably priced meal.

Though the space is intimate and can get busy, it only adds to the charm and lively ambiance—ideal for a quick lunch or a casual meal with friends. Alexandra V mentions opting for “ToGo” orders due to the small setting, but still acknowledges the great value and flavor. The genuine service combined with scrumptious, traditional sandwiches makes Mi Pan Boricua Cafe not just a restaurant but a little slice of Puerto Rican and Cuban culture right in Orlando.

Whether you’re in the mood for a perfectly crafted sandwich, a cup of rich coffee, or a comforting side, Mi Pan Boricua Cafe promises an authentic and satisfying experience that will warm both stomach and soul.

The food is great for the price! Service is ok, though a bit slow in my opinion. The place is very small, so it can easily get packed when busy. When I come here, I often place my order "To-Go" due to this.
